The Dumbest Trademark Demand Letter?

Marc Randazza points to one of the dumbest trademark demand letters he's ever read: dumb not because it has "the misplaced certitude, the overblown rhetoric, the baseless imputation of evil to the recipient, and over-all lack of self-awareness" that Marty Schwimmer would consider denoting a truly dumb demand letter (BTW: great wording, Ron Coleman adds "When will they ever learn?" Exactly.

  1. we are a david/startup that just heard from p&g about our legitimate (our objective opinion) mark. we are going to seek declaratory relief pro se. we want to nip this in the bud - not have the uncertainty and them breathing down our necks. we can also recover costs this way unlike, as i understand it, in a successful defense again an opposition.
